Welcome to my blog - living with heart disease

I will be posting information on new recipes to help you reverse heart disease. After twenty-eight years living with heart disease and seventeen on the reversal diet, I hope to help anyone who is willing to put in the effort.

I do not give any medical advise, all I can do is pass on things I have learned over the years. It will be a challenge to start a reversal life style, but if you are up to it, give yourself 6 to 8 weeks and I think you will be surprises at how fast you start to feel better.
